This block sits in the harshest open light of the afternoon, and the canopy is the one place that light is usable. It also happens to be the prettiest mile of the greenway.

Talent & wardrobe

Three principals carry the “this is what living here looks like” thread across the day: a young professional, and an empty-nester couple. Principals are booked — Brielle as the single woman, Suzanne & Dion as the couple. The 30-minute transition windows double as wardrobe changes, with the van as the changing base and both looks steamed and ready.

Wardrobe guidance across all looks: no logos, no pure white, no fine stripes or tight patterns. Earth tones and muted color sit best against the limestone, brick, and greenway palette. Each actor brings both options per look for approval on the day.
